Het bedrijf is een familiebedrijf, geboren uit de passie voor echte dingen en onze smaak voor goede dingen. Het doel is om biologische producten van hoge kwaliteit te maken die tegelijkertijd duurzaam zijn, in een perfecte combinatie van smaak en ethiek. Jongeren op de markt maar gekoppeld aan traditie, met innovatieve ideeën voor een hoogwaardige handel en duurzaamheid. Ons land heeft al een biologische status.
Wat de productie van akkerbouwgewassen uit de oogst van 2018 betreft, zal onze olijfgaard ook deel gaan uitmaken van de categorie biologische producten, gecertificeerd door de autoriteit van bodem- en gezondheidscontrole. De verwerking van onze producties, voor bedrijfs- en familiebehoeften, we werken met de schone energie die wordt gecreëerd door een fotovoltaïsch systeem, met nul CO2-emissies. Ook voor de olijvenoogst gebruiken we elektrische gereedschappen met nuleffect, zoals harken, snoeiers, zagen enz. In lijn met onze visie op duurzaamheid.

Also for the olive harvest we use electric tools with zero impact, such as chopers, cleavers, saws, etc in line with our idea of ecosustainability.
