The Sun Valley is not just a warm name with which we like to call our land, but it is a photograph: the snapshot of a warm and sun-kissed place, a magical place that gives us, from a single point of observation, enchanting sunrises on the sea and romantic sunsets behind the hills. The excellent exposure to the south-east of the farm also ensures that the soil is heated by the sun for the whole day. Precisely because of this characteristic, our side of the hill is called "by sun", to distinguish it from the other side, so-called "by Bora", a name inspired by the famous icy wind. In the clear summer nights, the large terrace overlooking the entrance is surrounded by a wonderful light blanket, in which even the less experienced can easily distinguish Mars and many famous constellations.
